What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your data can be sent to our CRM or other marketing software. Your data is also stored in our database.
Delete my Account and/or Export my Data
You may request your data to be deleted from our servers, 3rd party marketing sites and any other place it is stored at any time. You may also request an export of all data on file, which can include your email, activity, login details, and demographic information. To request deletion or export your data you must email contact@360nightlife.com. Please include your name & email as registered on the site and/or your IP if it is static and unique. We will respond to the request and start the process of deletion and/or exportation within 48 hours of being contacted.
